Audio/Video Engineer -3+ years-Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced AV/VC Engineer responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing systems. The role involves managing AV equipment, supporting video conferencing across multiple locations, handling VIP calls, and ensuring seamless communication through various conferencing platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, terminate, and maintain AV equipment and Video Conferencing systems across multiple locations.
• Handle AV/VC troubleshooting, firmware upgrades, and technical support for Cisco, Panasonic, Polycom, Extron, and Crestron devices.
• Validate AV Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and manage AV equipment, including amplifiers, control processors, transmitters, receivers, and digital signage.
• Provide end-to-end support for VIP video conferencing calls, internal and external meetings, and virtual events.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets, incidents, and change requests (CRs), ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.

Requirements:

• 36 years of experience in Audio Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing (VC) support.
• Hands-on experience in AV/VC installation, termination, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Extron, Crestron, DMX, Digital Signage, Polycom, Cisco, and Panasonic devices.
• Understanding of communication protocols such as H.323, SIP, and RTP, along with AV/VC firmware upgrades.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and conferencing platforms such as Webex, MS Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom.
