Audio Visual Project Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the end-to-end delivery of Audio Visual (AV) and Unified Communications (UC) projects from planning to handover.
- Manage on-site project activities, including site surveys, stakeholder coordination, system commissioning, and user training.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, system drawings, as-built documents, user manuals, and project records.
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and technical support for AV and UC systems, both remotely and on-site.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Audio Visual, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AV system installation, engineering, or project deployment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of AV/UC technologies, networking, Windows environment, and technical documentation tools such as Microsoft Visio and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with AV products and collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Cisco, Crestron, or Logitech is an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Training will be provided.
