Audit Executive
Job Summary
You will support audit partners and managers by planning and managing audit engagements, reviewing client accounting procedures, and preparing reports to ensure compliance with standards and deliver high-quality audit outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage audit engagements and team members to meet work plan specifications and deadlines under audit partners’ and managers’ supervision
- Execute audit work plans thoroughly, documenting and concluding tasks in compliance with relevant auditing standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members by sharing responsibilities, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating audit partners and managers on progress
- Identify, analyze, and communicate accounting and auditing issues to managers and partners for resolution
- Review client accounting procedures, operating systems, and internal controls to recommend improvements that enhance financial accuracy and compliance
- Prepare audit reports and schedules for delivery to clients and other stakeholders
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel to facilitate audit processes
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum two years of audit experience

- Demonstrated leadership skills applied to managing audit engagements and teams
- Problem-solving skills demonstrated through identifying and resolving audit issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills used to report findings and collaborate with stakeholders
