Job Title: Audit Manager

💰 Salary: ₦600,000 – ₦700,000 net/month
About the Role
Ayorinde Thomas and Co. is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead audit engagements, manage client relationships, and deliver quality assurance services with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements from planning to completion
- Conduct risk assessments and develop audit strategies
- Supervise, coach, and review the work of audit team members
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare management letters with practical recommendations
- Manage engagement budgets, work in progress, and billing
- Support business development and proposal preparation
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in external audit within a reputable audit firm
- Current or recent experience as an Audit Manager
- Proven experience managing audit engagements and leading teams
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and the Nigerian regulatory environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Professional qualification such as ICAN (ACA/FCA) and/or ACCA is an advantage
- Strong Excel skills and experience with audit software are an added advantage
- Experience across multiple industries is desirable
