Position Overview

We are currently seeking an Audit Senior Accountant to join our team in Miamisburg, OH. As an Audit Senior Accountant, you will lead client engagements, mentor junior staff, and collaborate directly with clients to solve complex financial challenges. You will manage audits, reviews, and compilations; analyze financial data; ensure compliance with GAAP and GAAS; and play a key role in strengthening client relationships and enhancing team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Assurance Services

• Lead and execute audits, reviews, and compilations
• Plan and perform fieldwork in accordance with GAAP and GAAS
• Analyze financial statements and supporting documents
• Prepare and review workpapers and engagement deliverables
• Communicate proactively with clients to resolve issues and provide insights

Process Improvement & Firm Involvement

• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Contribute to firm initiatives, including recruiting and strategic projects
• Stay current on emerging accounting and assurance standards

Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise and mentor staff and interns during client engagements
• Deliver constructive feedback and on-the-job training
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team environment
