Audit Senior
Compensation: $85,000–$100,000
What they're looking for:
- Ideally 3–5+ years of public accounting audit experience
- CPA preferred; candidates actively pursuing their CPA are welcome
- Experience with nonprofit and government audits is a preferred
- Familiarity with Form 990 is beneficial
- Strong communication, analytical, and client-service skills
Audit Manager
Compensation: $100,000–$115,000
What they're looking for:
- Ideally 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Active CPA license required
- Experience managing audit engagements and developing staff
- Nonprofit and government audit experience
- Knowledge of Form 990
- Strong client relationship and engagement management skills
