Auditor (m/f/d) internal Audit

What we achieve together

In your role as an Auditor Internal Audit (m/f/d) at the Vaillant Group, you will play a key role in ensuring transparent and efficient processes across the entire Vaillant Group and actively contribute to the further development of our company towards a data-driven business.

• You will conduct audits worldwide as part of a team across all business areas of the Vaillant Group (up to 25% travel) and thereby make a significant contribution to transparency, efficiency, and the ongoing improvement of our processes
• You will analyze and evaluate existing structures and derive concrete recommendations for action in close cooperation with specialist departments and subsidiaries of the Vaillant Group
• You will prepare audit results in a target-group-oriented manner and present them confidently to management and executive leadership
• You will actively contribute to internal departmental projects (e.g. data analytics, artificial intelligence, ESG)
• You will also conduct special investigations (e.g. fraud-related topics)

What makes us successful together

• Qualifications: Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Auditing, Mechanical Engineering, IT, or a comparable field; additional certifications such as CIA or CISA are an advantage
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in internal auditing, external auditing, or related fields; career changers are welcome
• Personality: High level of integrity, strong analytical thinking skills, and initiative to drive projects forward independently; international mindset, intercultural competence, and willingness to travel
• Know-how: Solid IT skills or willingness to familiarize yourself with topics such as data analytics, artificial intelligence, and SAP
• Language skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills on all business levels. you speak German and English fluently in your daily business. Chinese language skills are a plus
