Passionate about making a meaningful impact in a child's life? We are looking for an experienced Autism Intervention Therapist to provide one-to-one support for a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
⏰ Working Hours
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
💵 Overtime Opportunities
Saturday/Sunday may be required occasionally and will be compensated accordingly.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Provide individualized 1-to-1 intervention sessions daily
• Support communication, language, social interaction, and play development
• Facilitate emotional regulation and adaptive behaviour skills
• Promote independence in daily living and self-help routines
• Implement evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to the child's developmental needs
• Monitor progress and adjust intervention goals when necessary
• Work closely with parents to ensure consistency across learning environments
• Maintain professional documentation and progress reports
✅ Requirements
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Experience in Early Intervention Programmes (EIP), ABA Centres, autism-focused schools, or specialized intervention settings
• Strong experience supporting non-verbal children with autism
• Familiar with AAC, PECS, Sign Language, or similar communication systems
• Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Strong observation, documentation, and progress tracking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
