(Auto) AR Accountant Officer (เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชีลูกหนี้)

Key responsibilities
You will support the Accounting Manager and team to ensure that operations run smoothly, and your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage accounts receivable and issue accurate invoices and billing documents.
• Record customer payments and related transactions in the accounting system.
• Follow up on outstanding payments in accordance with agreed credit terms.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and related bank accounts.
• Prepare aging reports and monitor receivable status.
• Verify payment documents, receipts, and withholding tax certificates.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with customers, the sales team, and internal departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field
• New graduates are welcome
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting is a plus
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Good command of MS Excel and Microsoft 365.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude, able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills and business integrity.
• Knowledge of local tax (VAT) regulations.
