Auto Body Parts Specialist

Our NAPA/CMAX Moncton store is looking for a full time Auto Body Paint Specialist. You will be working from Tuesdays to Saturdays

You will play a key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical advice on automotive paint, refinishing products, and body shop supplies.
• Mix and tint paint using manufacturer formulas and color-matching systems.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate products for repair and refinishing projects.
• Process orders, returns, and inventory replenishment activities.
• Maintain paint-mixing equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Support inventory management and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Deliver courteous, efficient, and professional customer service.

To join our team, you need:

• Minimum one year of experience in automotive paint, auto body parts, collision repair, or a related field.
• Knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and refinishing products.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
