Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the dealership and learn about what they need.
- Guide customers through our lot to find the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget.
- Explain features and benefits of Ford and Mazda models during engaging test drives.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and vehicle display area.
- Follow up with potential customers to answer their questions and help them feel confident in their choice.
- Work alongside the finance and management teams to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to delivery.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- No experience necessary
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn our specific inventory and brand technologies.
