About the Role

We are seeking a female Auto Repair Relationship Manager to manage relationships with approved auto repairers, monitor repair quality and costs, coordinate stakeholders and ensure efficient vehicle repairs and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with approved garages and repair centers.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard reliable repairers.
• Monitor repair quality, turnaround times and service standards.
• Review repair estimates, parts costs and invoices.
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements and warranties with repairers.
• Resolve repair quality, cost, delay and customer escalations.
• Coordinate with customers, mechanics, insurers, assessors and other stakeholders.
• Track repairer performance, customer satisfaction and repair costs.
• Conduct repair facility inspections and compliance checks.
• Provide management reports on repairer performance and service levels.

Requirements

• Female candidate.
• BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Good problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and monitor service delivery.
