WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As an Auto Shop Receptionist, you will answer phone calls from customers, call insurance and warranty companies, and check in with customers about their services. You will also remind customers about upcoming appointments and take photos of cars when they arrive. You will keep careful notes about every customer and make sure all information is organized. Your work helps the shop run smoothly and keeps our customers happy.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN AUTO SHOP RECEPTIONIST?

You will work in the office from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Sometimes, you may need to work on weekends. We will let you know what those hours are if needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some higher education is preferred)
• Go-getter mindset
• Good listening skills
• Highly organized and detailed in customer notes and interactions
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual skills (a plus)
