Pay: $45,000–$55,000 base + commission (negotiable based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends!

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Bodyshop Estimator to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow beyond estimating, with the potential to advance into a Production Manager position as they develop their leadership and operational skills.
Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates.
- Work with insurance companies on approvals and supplements.
- Explain repairs and timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians, parts, and management.
- Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated.
- Ensure quality and accurate documentation.
- Help maintain an efficient, organized production process.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of collision estimating experience preferred.
- Experience with CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Leadership mindset and interest in growing into management.
