Autocad Drafter / BIM Modeller

Responsibilities:

Develop and prepare construction shop drawing, details drawing, as-built drawing using Autocad & Revit Software
Responsible in drafting single line, dimensions & electrical connection drawings for approval & submission
Perform routine drawing and update of technical drawings as per project installations and requirements
Liaise with project members and sub-contractors to prepare coordinated shop drawings (CSD) for approval and construction
Perform and maintain proper documentation of clash defection reports
Maintaining and updating of BIM model until as-build
Work closely with the Project Teams to achieve optimum mechanical/electrical design
Responsible for producing accurate details drawings using company's Engineering standards
Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Superior

Requirements:

Relevant Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree or equivalent
Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM Modelling
Good communication and interpersonal skills and good team player, but also able to work independently
Able to start work immediately / in short notice
