We are looking for a young and dynamic Process Engineer who is eager to learn, work hands-on, and make a real impact on the production floor.

🔧 YOUR ROLE

• Monitor and optimize production processes on the shopfloor

• Work hands-on with machinery to identify and solve issues in real time

• Analyze root causes and implement solutions to improve quality, efficiency, and safety

• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams

• Actively participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen)

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or College degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Manufacturing, or related fields)

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Willing to work on-site at the shopfloor with frequent exposure to machinery

• Strong problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement spirit

• Proactive, responsible, and committed to Safety First culture

• Basic English communication skills
