Automated Test Engineer (SDET) | TS/SCI w/ Poly

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required. U.S. citizenship required.

Location: On-site in Chantilly, VA (Full-Time).

Falls Technology is hiring an automation-first test engineer for a mission program in Chantilly. This is not a manual testing role. You'll build and own automated test suites across UI and APIs, wire them into CI/CD pipelines, and use modern AI coding tools to move faster.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain UI automation in Selenium and/or Cypress
• Write API tests for REST services, including OAuth2, JWT and other auth flows
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them reliable
• Use AI tools like Claude Code to generate, refactor and maintain tests
• Work with developers to shift testing left and catch issues early

What you bring (required)

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• U.S. citizenship
• Hands-on test automation experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar
• Strong API testing skills (Postman, REST Assured, or code-based)
• A solid grasp of OAuth2/OIDC, JWTs and token-based auth
• Scripting in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or Java
• Real interest in using AI coding assistants as part of daily testing work
