We are seeking a seasoned Automation & AI Architect to spearhead our enterprise-wide digital transformation. In this strategic technical role, you will redefine operational efficiency by designing, orchestrating, and scaling intelligent automation solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem and core enterprise platforms. You will bridge the gap between business needs and cutting-edge technology—connecting systems like Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and ServiceNow with modern Generative AI capabilities.

Opportunity Discovery & Strategy: Analyze enterprise workflows to pinpoint high-impact areas for process optimization, intelligent automation, and AI integration.
End-to-End Architecture: Design scalable, secure integration frameworks and solution architectures across Microsoft environments and third-party enterprise platforms.
Intelligent Workflow Engineering: Construct robust, low-code and API-driven automation pipelines leveraging Power Automate, custom connectors, and enterprise services.
AI Transformation Leadership: Architect and champion the adoption of Microsoft Copilot, custom AI Agents, and Generative AI tools to elevate workforce productivity.
Standards & Governance: Establish architectural blueprints, integration standards, and governance best practices for enterprise automation.
Business-to-Tech Translation: Partner with business leaders and engineering teams to convert complex operational pain points into clear, executable technical roadmaps.
⚙️ Required Experience & Technical Skills
Microsoft Ecosystem Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Microsoft 365 enterprise services.
Enterprise Systems & Integrations: Solid experience designing integration points across Azure DevOps, Dynamics 365, and enterprise IT service platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
Technical Architecture: Strong grasp of API design (REST/SOAP), modern web services, workflow engines, and distributed system architectures.
Next-Gen AI Implementation: Hands-on experience architecting or deploying Microsoft Copilot, autonomous AI agents, and intelligent document/process automation.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of influencing both C-suite executives and technical engineering leads.
