Automation and Integration Developer
Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱80,000 per month
Location: Bicutan, Taguig
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4x a week ONSITE, 1x a week WFH)
Schedule: Nightshift
Position Overview
Arbcentrix is looking for an Automation & Integration Developer to build and maintain solutions that connect our ERP and business systems. This role focuses on reducing manual work, improving data flow, and developing reliable automations across IT, accounting, sales, and other business functions.
You’ll work closely with both technical and business teams to turn repetitive processes into automated workflows using Python, SQL, APIs, Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI-assisted automation.
What You’ll Do
Identify manual and repetitive processes and develop automation solutions to improve efficiency
Build and maintain integrations between ERP and other business systems using APIs, webhooks, and scheduled jobs
Develop Python scripts and services for data processing, system integration, and workflow automation
Write and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for ERP data extraction and reporting
Build workflows and internal applications using Power Automate and Power Apps
Develop and maintain REST API integrations, including authentication, pagination, and error handling
Integrate ERP, accounting, CRM, inventory, ticketing, and other business systems
Develop AI-assisted automations for tasks such as document processing, data classification, ticket triage, and report generation
Monitor production automations, troubleshoot issues, and implement logging, error handling, and alerts
Use Git and version control for code and workflow changes
Document workflows, data mappings, integrations, and technical processes
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide Level 2 support for the automations and integrations you develop
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in automation, integration, software development, or a related role
Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, optimization, and stored procedures
Strong Python programming skills, including APIs, data processing, and automation
Hands-on experience with API integration and development, particularly REST APIs
Experience building process and workflow automations that replaced manual tasks
Experience integrating ERP or other business systems
Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps
Experience using AI tools to build or enhance automations, with the ability to validate outputs
Proficiency in Git and version control workflows
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to data accuracy
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, inventory, order management, purchasing, or supply chain environments
Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Odoo, or similar
Experience with Zapier, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, MuleSoft, or similar platforms
Experience with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and Azure
Experience with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools
Knowledge of data security, access control, ISO 27001, or SOC 2 requirements
Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, SQL/data, or ERP-related certifications
