This is an exciting job opportunity for an Automation & Continuous Improvement Analyst onsite/hybrid to join our Commercial Excellence team in Bridgewater, NJ.

What you’ll do

As automation and continuous improvement expert, you will collaborate with stakeholders in a cross-functional environment to

  • Identify process optimization opportunities,

  • Utilize your state-of-the art automation skills to drive progress and remove waste

  • Lead or manage automation projects, including planning activities, coordination with stakeholders, driving delivery, and owning solutions from concept through deployment.

  • Act as Project leader to deliver strategic projects for the organization

  • Provide deep dive and analytical support to enable effective decision making as required

  • Take charge of analytical and operational tasks as required

More about you

  • BA/BS required plus at least 2+ years of experience in Analytics within a business

  • Proven ability to manage reporting and analytics within tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Excel, Power Query, Structured Files, and Databases.

  • Hands-on experience in automation, with advanced expertise preferred in Power Automate to design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end automated workflows across the Microsoft ecosystem,

  • Experience using Python (or similar language) skills for scripting, data processing, integrations, and more complex automation logic.

  • Strong capabilities working in APIs, system connectors, process analysis, documentation, UAT support, and cross‑functional collaboration

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $ 100,000 – $148,000 (based on experience level)

Bonus: target bonus opportunity 10%
