Automation Developer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business process automations using n8n, Make, and Zapier.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into automated workflows.
• Build workflows integrating CRM, WhatsApp, Email, Google Sheets, APIs, webhooks, and other business applications.
• Create and manage API integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON, and HTTP requests.
• Develop automated workflows for lead management, data processing, notifications, reporting, and internal operations.
• Monitor existing automations and troubleshoot workflow failures, API errors, and integration issues.
• Optimize workflows to improve performance, reliability, scalability, and execution time.
• Work with the sales, operations, and development teams to identify manual processes that can be automated.
• Maintain proper documentation for workflows, integrations, API credentials, and automation processes.
• Test workflows thoroughly before deployment and ensure data is processed accurately.
• Handle error management, retry mechanisms, logging, and failure notifications.
• Integrate third-party tools and SaaS applications based on project requirements.
• Support existing automation projects and make improvements based on business requirements.
• Stay updated with new features, integrations, AI automation capabilities, and best practices in n8n, Make, and Zapier.
• Participate in client discussions when required to understand automation requirements and provide technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Good understanding of workflow automation and business process automation.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, HTTP requests, and API authentication.
• Experience working with Google Sheets, Gmail, CRMs, WhatsApp APIs, databases, and other SaaS tools.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical automation workflows.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
