Automation Engineer/ Automation Technician
Salary: $21,000 – $27,000 per month
About the role
HSM Industrial Solution Company Limited is seeking a driven Automation Engineer to join our growing technical team. In this hands-on role, you will design, configure, and deploy automated and robotic systems tailored to complex client workflows. From embedded systems design to on-site installation and technical support, your work will directly drive industrial innovation.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure robotic and automatic systems to align with specific business process requirements
Design dedicated tools for robotic/automatic systems (embedded systems focus)
Act as project coordinator during system installation, testing, and on-site integration
Prepare, maintain, and update process design documents, system schematics, and operational workflows
Provide hands-on technical support, system maintenance, and troubleshooting for customers on-site
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
1–2 years of experience in software development using C, C#, Python, PLC programming, or ROS (Robot Operating System)
1–2 years of experience automating tasks, testing, software deployment, or packaging
Ability to analyze workflow diagrams and conceptualize them into practical, automated solutions
Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a positive, team-oriented mindset
Fully committed to on-site engineering tasks with occasional travel required as needed for projects

On-site working environment
A 6-day work week with an alternate Saturday off
Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday)

主要職責
設計、開發及配置機器人與自動系統，以符合特定業務流程需求。
設計專門用於機器人/自動系統的工具（嵌入式系統重點）。
在系統安裝、測試及現場整合期間擔任專案協調員。
準備、維護及更新流程設計文件、系統示意圖及作業流程。
為客戶現場提供實務技術支援、系統維護及故障排除。
要求：
具備機電一體化、機械工程、電機工程或相關學科的高階文憑或更高學位。
擁有1至2年使用 C、C#、Python、PLC 程式設計或 ROS（機器人作業系統）軟體開發經驗。
擁有1至2年自動化任務、測試、軟體部署或打包的經驗。
分析工作流程圖並將其概念化為實用且自動化的解決方案的能力。
具備強大的解決問題能力、出色的溝通能力，以及積極且以團隊為導向的心態。
全心投入現場工程任務，偶爾因專案需要出差。

工作時間：週一至週六上午9點至下午6點
