Right now, we are looking for an Automation Engineer to integrate our internal team.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities across IT Support (L1/L2) and operational processes.
  • Develop automation workflows, reusable components, and orchestrations following RPA best practices.
  • Develop scripts and automation components using PowerShell, Python, Bash, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and other integration technologies.
  • Build integrations between UiPath and enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, and other business applications.
  • Create, configure, and manage attended and unattended bots within the UiPath ecosystem.
  • Configure, manage, and optimize UiPath Orchestrator environments.
  • Develop and maintain self-service automation capabilities, including support portals, chatbot integrations, and automated request fulfillment processes.
  • Create and maintain automation documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), runbooks, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
  • Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot failures, and implement continuous improvements to ensure automation reliability and scalability.
  • Ensure automation solutions comply with security, governance, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with IT Support, Infrastructure, Service Management, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
  • Measure and report automation outcomes, including ticket reduction, effort savings, productivity improvements, and operational efficiency gains.

You must have:

  • Proven hands-on experience developing and supporting RPA solutions using UiPath.
  • Strong experience with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and unattended robot implementations.
  • Experience automating IT Operations, Service Desk, Infrastructure, or IT Support processes.
  • Strong scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  • Experience integrating systems through APIs, web services, and Microsoft Graph API.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Good understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices.
  • Experience monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting production automations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong documentation and process-mapping capabilities.

We value:

  • UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification or other relevant UiPath certifications.
  • Experience with UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), or Generative AI integrations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Azure Automation, or Azure Logic Apps.
  • Experience developing chatbot integrations or virtual support assistants.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies for RPA deployments.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Knowledge of process mining or task mining tools.
  • Experience defining automation KPIs and measuring business value realization.
  • Experience working within enterprise-scale RPA programs or Automation Centers of Excellence (CoE).
