Automation Engineer (Delta-V)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation systems, ensuring all systems meet operational requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct and oversee the qualification of automated systems, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and deliver automation projects on time and within budget. Provide technical leadership during project execution, from design through to commissioning.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to automation systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining system reliability.
• Ensure all automation documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and qualification protocols, are thoroughly created, maintained, and compliant with industry standards.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization, process improvements, and automation upgrades. Support innovation in automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work closely with process engineers, IT teams, and other departments to ensure smooth integration of automation systems with other plant systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DeltaV Batch Automation.
• Strong understanding of ISA-88 (S88) standards.
• Hands-on experience Equipment Module Class
• Hands-on experience Phase Class
• Recipe Configuration and Management
• Ability to support commissioning and project execution activities in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio
