A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Software Engineer would be:

· Design and build end-to-end automation solutions working across the full stack platform.

· Partner with analyst team to review business opportunities and assessing solution feasibility.

· Participate in various types of interviews, meetings or workshops to define, design and configure solutions.

· Use technology to solve problems concerned with business strategy, organisation, procedures & performance and present findings.

· Analyses and interprets information gained and makes recommendations to business partners and analyst team.

· Develop solutions in accordance with team standards and best practices.

· Create architecture and design documents as part of development process.

· Create and document test procedures and scenarios prior to launching User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

· Conduct validations with team and business during the development of the project.

· Support business teams in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT.

· Support BAU team when necessary to problem-solve issues that arise in day to day running of automation processes.

· Participate in the problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, repairing and reporting defects.

· Communicate any identified and potential risks and issues to leadership team accordingly and provide actionable inputs to mitigate.

· Support QA, audit activities and platform migration activities as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of programming experience with systems and applications of varying scope and complexity. Preferably finance and supply chain business processes.

• Experience with the following technologies: Python, PySpark, TypeScript JS, PostGresSQL.

• Bachelor’s degree in business/management information systems or computer science or similar related field.

• Ability to work independently, or in groups, sometimes as lead technical participant.

• Ability to take on complex assignments and assume increasingly greater responsibilities.

• Experience with Microservices architecture for modular and independently deployable components.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration, to enable streamlined deployment and scaling processes.

• Experience with building system interactions through APIs, SAP being most preferable.

• Experience with SAP, MS Fabric (PySpark notebooks, Delta Lake/OneLake), PowerBI, SharePoint Online.

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to GenAI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic etc).

• Experience in analysing, debugging, and refactoring legacy code.

• Exposed to applying statistical concepts and data-quality/anomaly-detection techniques (e.g outlier or threshold-based checks) to business data
