We are looking for fresh graduates who are serious about building a career in industrial automation. This is not a classroom training program—it is a real on-the-job internship where you will work like an actual automation engineer on live industrial projects.

What You Will Do

• Understand customer requirements and develop automation solutions.
  
• Work on PLC, VFD, HMI, SCADA, DCS, and IoT-based projects.
  
• Develop PLC programs and HMI/SCADA applications.
  
• Participate in commissioning and troubleshooting of automation systems at customer sites.
  
• Support industrial IT/OT integration and Ignition SCADA projects.
  
• Interact directly with customers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  
• Prepare technical documentation and provide post-commissioning support.
  

Requirements

Eligibility

• Diploma/B.Tech completed in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, E&I, or related fields.
  
• Basic understanding of PLC, SCADA, VFD, or industrial automation concepts is preferred.
  
• Strong logical thinking, willingness to learn, and readiness for field work.

Internship Path

• First 2 Months: Free on-the-job training.
  
• Next 4 Months: Paid internship with a stipend of ₹8,000 per month for selected candidates.
