Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in the operation, maintenance,troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the DeltaV (DCS) to ensuresystem reliability, availability, and GMP compliance.

• Responsible for the administration of DScomputerized systems, including user account management, periodic accessreview, data backup and recovery, and system time synchronization.

• Support system lifecycle activities,including change control, deviation investigation, CAPA,qualification/validation, and GMP release to ensure regulatory compliance anddata integrity.

• Provide technical support formanufacturing operations, troubleshoot automation issues, coordinate withvendors and cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Familiar with Emerson DeltaV System

• Familiar with Data Integrity, 21 CFR Part11 requirements

• Familiar with DS equipment and instrument

• At least five years of experience in thepharmaceutical industry, including at least three years of experience in DeltaVsystems or computerized system management.

Contract is for 6 months only.
