The Quality Engineer is responsible for testing new features, writing and maintaining test cases, and regression testing the app prior to release. The Quality Engineer will also support the team via troubleshooting, answering questions, and brainstorming solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated end-to-end, regression, and UI test suites using Playwright and TypeScript
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Identify automation opportunities and reduce repetitive manual regression coverage
- Review test failures, maintain flaky-test stability, and improve test reliability
- Partner with developers to define testability requirements and automation strategy
