We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in test automation, test execution, defect management, and translating business requirements into effective test cases.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
Analyze requirements and convert them into detailed test cases and test scenarios.
Execute automated and manual test cases as needed.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and QA teams.
Participate in test planning, execution, and reporting activities.
Ensure software quality and adherence to project requirements.
Required Qualifications
✅ Hands-on experience with Playwright
✅ Strong programming skills in TypeScript and/or JavaScript
✅ Experience in test execution and defect management
✅ Experience converting requirements into test cases
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
➕ Selenium with C# experience
Work Requirements
Willing to work during U.S. business hours (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM ET)
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Personal laptop capable of connecting to an Azure Cloud PC environment
Candidates must be based in Metro Manila or neighboring cities
