Automation Engineer

* Lead and provide technical guidance to technicians in the operation, troubleshooting, maintenance and optimisation of automated assembly lines and equipment.

* Lead and manage automation projects, including equipment design, development, procurement, installation, commissioning and qualification.

* Develop and implement automation solutions to improve medical device assembly processes, production workflow, plant layout, productivity and manufacturing efficiency.

* Provide technical support to production operations and establish standard operating procedures, equipment maintenance procedures and troubleshooting guidelines.

* Design and modify equipment layouts, mechanical components, jigs, fixtures and assembly tooling using SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software.

Requirements

* Diploma / Degree in Engineering.

* Minimum 2 years’ of relevant working experience.

Location: East of Singapore
Salary: Up to $5500
