Automation Engineer ( PLC Programming and Troubleshooting )

We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer responsible for designing, developing, programming, installing, testing, and commissioning industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PLC programming, troubleshooting, system integration, and commissioning, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, program, and commission industrial automation systems.
• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial applications.
• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and validation of automation systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, control panels, sensors, actuators, motors, and other automation equipment.
• Configure and integrate PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, VFDs, and other industrial control devices.
• Conduct functional testing and ensure automation systems operate according to design specifications.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, production, and maintenance teams for smooth project execution.
• Support machine commissioning, production trials, and process optimization.
• Diagnose system faults and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and maintain PLC programs, electrical drawings, commissioning reports, and technical documentation.

Experience:

• Relevant experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron, or Schneider is preferred.
