As an Automation Expert, you will take on responsibility from day one, building and independently driving processes with tools like n8n and Claude. This is an exciting opportunity to shape operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making in a rapidly growing company., You build automations that really work, using tools like n8n, Make.com, and Claude to develop processes that make operational workflows measurably faster and more error-free, from initial logic to productive deployment. You actively shape our data infrastructure, building and maintaining the structures that underpin our decisions, from data collection and transformation to visualization in tools like Looker Studio or Snowflake. You don't accept inefficient processes as a given; you change them by identifying bottlenecks in daily operations and resolving them with technical solutions before being asked. You connect data with decisions by building dashboards and reports that are actually used because they answer the right questions clearly, relevantly, and without noise. You work directly with the teams and leadership, translating operational problems into technical solutions and technical possibilities into concrete business decisions. You take full ownership of topics, from conception to handover, as whoever builds a system is responsible for it., You have real experience with automation, not just theoretical, but in productive environment...
