Automation Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Monay-Friday (Full Time), 7:00AM start time (Flexible)
Compensation: $23-$27 Hourly.
Actual placement within the base compensation range may vary depending on experience and other factors.

Brown Distributing Company (BDC) is a family-owned beverage distributor serving the Central Texas market since 1962. We distribute a wide range of quality beverage products while upholding the highest standards of service and salesmanship at all times.
We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Automation Maintenance Technician to support the daily operation and maintenance of our warehouse automation systems. This position will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, inspecting equipment, cleaning and servicing mechanical components, troubleshooting basic mechanical issues, and replacing worn or damaged parts to help ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Previous experience in mechanical maintenance, industrial equipment maintenance, conveyor systems, or a related field preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using common hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to identify mechanical wear, troubleshoot equipment problems, and perform basic repairs.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to receive training on specialized warehouse automation equipment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse operations personnel, management, and outside service providers.
