We are seeking an experienced Automation Manager to lead and drive enterprise-wide test automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining automation strategies, managing automation teams, establishing best practices, improving test efficiency, and ensuring high-quality software delivery across multiple projects. The role requires strong technical expertise in automation frameworks, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the organization's automation testing strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and manage automation engineers across multiple projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
- Drive automation adoption across web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications.
- Establish automation standards, governance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business teams.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor automation coverage, execution trends, and quality metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and test optimization.
- Perform effort estimation, resource planning, and project tracking.
- Provide regular status reports and quality dashboards to leadership.
- Support release readiness and quality sign-off activities.
- Evaluate and recommend new automation tools and technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience leading automation teams.
- Strong experience in designing enterprise automation frameworks.
- Hands-on expertise in web, API, mobile, and UI automation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-driven testing tools and automation platforms.
- Certification in Agile, Scrum, ISTQB, or Automation Testing.
- Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6.
- Experience in Retail, E-commerce, Banking, or Healthcare domains.
