Automation / Manual Tester (Banking)

Salary: $3,700 – $5,500 per month

Office Location: Changi, Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Execution

• Prepare test scenarios and test cases, execute manual and automation tests during the UAT phase

• Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects until resolution

Project and Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with relevant stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve testing issues, coordinate test schedules, test environment setup, and issue tracking

• Use JIRA to manage defects, track testing progress, and support project coordination

Documentation and User Support

• Prepare test documentation, test reports, and user training materials

• Assist business users with UAT activities and onboarding for new system functionalities

Requirements

• Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in software testing, UAT, or IT project teams

• Basic understanding of manual testing, test case design, defect management, and software development life cycles

• Familiarity with JIRA for defect tracking and test management is preferred

• Knowledge of Selenium for test automation is an advantage

• Good understanding of banking processes, with Corporate Banking knowledge being an added advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
