About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer with AI Skills to join our team . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation testing, scripting, and modern testing frameworks, along with exposure to AI-driven testing solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications by leveraging both traditional automation practices and AI-assisted testing techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation test frameworks and scripts.
Execute functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to improve test automation efficiency and software quality.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and testing needs.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution.
Develop reusable automation assets to improve testing productivity.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure software quality across multiple applications, platforms, and environments.
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adopting best practices in automation and AI-assisted testing.
Preferred Skills
Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Knowledge of containerization and DevOps practices is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing.
Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
Exposure to AI/ML concepts, Generative AI tools, or AI-assisted testing platforms.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Good understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
