Automation QA Tester

Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱70,000 per month

Join a cross-functional team as a Test Automation Specialist, working with Software Engineers, Business Analysts, UX, and Design teams to deliver high-quality web, iOS, Android, and API solutions. You will champion quality practices, drive continuous improvement, and help shape customer-focused products that delight users.

Key responsibilities

• Create test plans for complex systems.

• Design and implement test automation for web, iOS, Android, and API applications.

• Apply API testing practices to validate reliable and high-quality software.

• Identify, analyse, and resolve flaky tests in automated test suites.

• Champion quality practices within the team and continuously improve testing processes and products.

• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Business Analysts, UX, and Design teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Advocate for customers and help drive and shape solutions that meet their needs.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• More than one year of experience in test automation for web and mobile applications.

• Strong understanding of API testing, test planning, QA methodologies, and automation tools.

• Experience with Playwright, Java, Selenium, and one or more of Appium, Katalon, or Tosca.

• Ability to explain and implement Data-Driven Testing (DDT) using multiple data sets.

• Ability to differentiate between a page, context, and browser context.

• Experience identifying, analysing, and resolving flaky tests in automated test suites.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with a focus on quality, continuous improvement, and customer-centric solutions.
