What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in building automation frameworks from scratch (not just using them)
- Solid technical background (engineering mindset preferred)
- Ability to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve testing challenges in a complex enterprise environment
- Expertise in test automation tools, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with dev teams
