Automation Solution Consultant

In Omron Manaus - Brazil, we are looking for our next Automation Solutions Consultant (level II)

As an Automation Solutions Consultant, we are looking for a consultative mindset, specialized in looking for new opportunities and proficient in leveraging our cutting edge.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Revenue Growth / Market Share Acquisition / Customer Engagement:

• Be a customer advocate committed to improving the customer experience by understanding their unique goals, pressures, and challenges.
• Create and deliver maximum value to key stakeholders by recommending Omron solutions and services to achieve customers desired through professional consultative selling methodology.
• Drive revenue and market share growth for the assigned territory- responsible for meeting or exceeding the territory’s revenue targets.
• Ensure accountability for overall goals through CRM management, regular performance management meetings, and customer-focused objectives identified by leadership.

Selling Automation Solutions:

• Identify and focus on customers that align with our global industry strategy.
• Employ a consultative sales approach to comprehensively understand customer pressures, goals and challenges to develop and promote innovative solutions.
• Act as a passionate advocate for Omron´s integrated automation platform, Sysmac, emphasizing value for customers.
• Self-directed passion for continues learning to expand knowledge and skills in industry trends and advancements in both general industrial automation and Omron solutions.

Sales Collaboration:

• Engage with cross functional team with Omron and partners to develop, propose and implement solutions that deliver customer- centric value.
• Provide business leadership during the sales process to meet customer needs.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS:

Educational Background: Desirable technical training in electronics or electrical or automation or related courses.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in the function.

Technical Skills:

• Experience in sales of industrial automation solutions, including PLC/ HMI, Motion control, robotics, safety, machine vision systems and preferred components.
• Intermediate english (desirable)
