Automation Test Engineer (Java, API)
Description
Technologies we use in the role:
SQL, UNIX, XML, Excel, JIRA, Confluence, SOAP UI, Agile, Waterfall, Java for test automation, API testing, Selenium
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performing testing activities (manually and automatically)
Ensure test status results are properly documented and tracked and defects are logged.
Participation in the review and analysis of appropriate documentation
Closely cooperating with Production Support, Test Management, Solution Delivery, Business Analyst in order to understand requirements and discuss execution.
Ensure that any issues or risks are addressed in an appropriate manner, escalating them as required.
Creating, running and analysis of automated scripts.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE REQUIRE:
English fluent oral and written.
Higher education
Professional experience in international environment - experience in testing of IT Systems -3 years
Strong analytical skills, attention to details
Experience in Bank or any other Financial Institution (Payments systems ideally)
Practical SQL, SOAP UI
Knowledge of test management tools like Jira, Confluence
Experience in using test automation tools and creating automation scripts

Location: Kraków (hybrid, 6 office visits/month).
