Automation Test Lead
Summary
QA automation lead at Coforge designing and maintaining Tricentis Tosca test automation, including Distributed Execution (DEX), Test Data Service (TDS), and Azure DevOps integration, while executing functional, regression, API, and end-to-end tests in Agile teams.
We are looking for a skilled Tricentis Tosca Automation Engineer with strong experience in test automation, test design, and enterprise test management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Tosca Distributed Execution (DEX), Test Data Service (TDS), Azure DevOps (ADO) integration, and test case preparation to support large-scale automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Configure and manage Tosca Distributed Execution (DEX) for scalable and unattended execution.
- Create and maintain Test Data Service (TDS) solutions for dynamic test data management.
- Integrate Tosca with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test planning, execution, reporting, and traceability.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automation tests.
- Analyze test results, investigate failures, and report defects.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams in Agile environments.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca Automation.
- Experience with DEX (Distributed Execution) and execution management.
- Good knowledge of TDS (Test Data Service).
- Experience in ToscaADO integration and CI/CD-enabled test execution.
- Strong expertise in test case design, test scenario preparation, and requirement analysis.
- Experience in Web, Desktop, API, and End-to-End automation testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in Retail/POS applications, preferably Oracle XStore
