Automation Test Lead

We’re looking for a highly skilled Automation Test Lead who will own the automation-first approach for testing IAM platforms, identity services, and advanced workflows across Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This is a strategic hands-on role where you will collaborate with tech leads, Cloud Security, DevOps, and Application Engineering teams to ensure robust, secure, and scalable solutions that support enterprise-level cloud and Identity operations.
You will design and maintain automation frameworks, lead governance for testing standards, and validate event-driven systems, APIs, and orchestration engines. If you’re passionate about secure software architecture and want to work on large-scale, high-impact projects, this is the role for you.

- Strong IAM domain expertise and experience with protocols (SCIM, REST API, LDAP, OIDC).
- 5+ years leading automation projects with Python & Pytest.
- Experience testing event-driven platforms (Pub/Sub, Kafka) and workload identities in the cloud.
- Proficiency with DevOps integration (GitHub, CI/CD) and shift-left testing practices.
- Cloud testing approach experience, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Solid background in policy-based testing (RBAC/ABAC/ReBAC).
- Tools: JIRA, Zephyr (mandatory).
- Familiarity with AI governance, model validation, and responsible AI principles.
- Exposure to tools like n8n, OPA/Rego, HashiCorp Vault, and GenAI integrations in Quality Engineering.
