Automation Tester

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and a passion for ensuring the quality and performance of software applications. As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance. You will work closely with developers and other stakeholders to identify testing requirements and ensure that all software releases meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate testing frameworks and tools. - Collaborate with the development team to understand application features and create comprehensive test plans. - Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement. - Report and track defects using a bug tracking system, ensuring timely resolution. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality. - Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
