Automation Tester
Summary
The Automation Tester will design, develop, and execute automated test solutions for desktop, web, and mobile applications using Tricentis Tosca or NeoLoad. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain test frameworks and ensure software quality through functional and regression testing.
We are looking for a QA Automation Tester with hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca or Tricentis NeoLoad to design, develop, and execute automated test solutions across desktop, web, and mobile applications.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline;
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca or Tricentis NeoLoad;
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices;
- Experience automating desktop, web, and/or mobile applications;
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar;
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Tosca, NeoLoad, Selenium, or equivalent;
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with exposure to API testing, performance testing, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI), and SQL/database validation;
- Relevant Tricentis Tosca or NeoLoad certifications are an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca or Tricentis NeoLoad;
- Develop reusable and modular test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency;
- Automate functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end test scenarios;
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies;
- Create and maintain automated test plans, test cases, and test data;
- Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects with detailed documentation;
- Support continuous integration and continuous testing initiatives;
- Ensure software quality through effective test coverage and defect tracking.
