Job summary

We are looking for a quality engineer with solid hands-on experience across manual, automation, mobile, and API testing. You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile products, working closely with developers and product teams in an Agile environment.

Required skills & qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in QE / software testing
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
  • Hands-on experience in web, mobile, and API testing
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman
  • Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress — openness to learning is acceptable
  • Familiarity with mobile automation tools such as Appium is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Java or JavaScript
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions is a plus
  • Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines and tools such as Axe or Lighthouse is a plus
  • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA

Key responsibilities

Manual testing
  • Analyse business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios
  • Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UAT testing
  • Log, track, and manage defects through to resolution in JIRA
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Automation testing
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
  • Execute automated regression suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines
  • Improve automation coverage and optimize test execution time
  • Participate in framework enhancements and code reviews
Mobile testing
  • Test Android and iOS applications across multiple devices and OS versions
  • Validate UI/UX consistency, responsiveness, and usability
  • Cover compatibility, installation, interruption, and network scenarios
API testing
  • Validate REST/SOAP APIs covering requests, responses, schema, and error handling
  • Test authentication, authorization, and API security
  • Automate API test cases and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
Accessibility testing
  • Evaluate interfaces against WCAG 2.1 AA standards
  • Use tools such as Axe or Lighthouse to identify accessibility gaps
  • Collaborate with designers and developers on remediation
