Automotive Assistant Controller
Peters of Nashua | Nashua, NH | Full-Time, On-Site
Peters of Nashua is a fourth-generation, family-owned automotive group operating Honda and Nissan franchises, the Peters Bump Clinic, and a Driveo franchise. We're in the middle of a significant modernization of how we operate, investing in new technology, tightening our processes, restructuring our back office, and preparing for a full DMS transition. This is a rare opportunity to step into a newly created leadership role at the center of that transformation.
The Role
The Assistant Controller is the operational leader of our combined back office, overseeing both the accounting office and the billing and title office across all four business units. You'll report to the Controller and partner directly with the CFO on the initiatives that are reshaping how this business runs, including an upcoming DMS transition that will require careful planning, mapping, and execution.
This is a high-impact role for a builder and problem solver. You’ll lead operational improvements, refine the systems and processes that keep the business running smoothly, and partner with the controller and CEO on strategic initiatives. The right person will leave a lasting mark on the organization by building stronger, more scalable operations.
