The Opportunity

As an Automotive Call Center Representative, you will be an important connection between our dealerships and our customers. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule service appointments, follow up with customers, respond to leads, and help create a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.

• Make outbound calls to customers for service follow-up, appointments, and sales opportunities.

• Schedule and confirm service appointments.

• Follow up with missed appointments, unsold customers, and customer inquiries.

• Respond to internet and phone leads promptly.

• Provide customers with accurate information and direct them to the appropriate department.

• Maintain accurate customer information and call activity in the CRM.

• Meet individual performance and appointment-setting goals.

• Work closely with Service, Sales, and BDC leadership.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.

💰 Compensation

$55,000+ ANNUAL EARNING POTENTIAL

What We're Looking For

• Previous call center, BDC, customer service, or automotive experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and phone skills.

• Friendly, professional, and confident personality.

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

• Comfortable making a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

• Motivated by goals and performance.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Basic computer and CRM skills.
