****EXPERIENCED/MASTER AUTOMOTIVE CDJR SERVICE TECHNICIAN NEEDED****
- Weekly Compensation (HOURLY- BASED ON EXPERIENCE OR FLAT RATE - BASED ON EXPERIENCE)
- Monday through Friday 8-5 (NO WEEKENDS)

Key responsibilities may include:
- Thoroughly examining customer vehicles to identify potential issues and necessary maintenance services.
- Utilizing diagnostic tools to accurately pinpoint the cause of vehicle problems.
- Performing repairs and maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, brake replacements, engine tune-ups, electrical repairs, and more.
- Requesting required parts from the parts department to complete repairs.
- Providing accurate labor estimates to the service advisor based on diagnosed issues.
- Clearly communicating repair details and necessary additional services to the service advisor.
- Maintaining detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and customer information.
- Adhering to manufacturer specifications and quality standards for repairs.
- Participating in ongoing training to stay updated on new vehicle technology and repair procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, including engines, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and transmission.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools to identify vehicle problems.
- Ability to perform a wide range of automotive repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and explain repair needs.
- Meticulous approach to ensure all repairs are completed correctly.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy parts and working in various positions.
- ASE Certification is often preferred.
