Automotive Crafts Facility Manager NF-04

This position is located at USAG Benelux- MWR, Chievres Auto Skills Center, Chievres Air Base, Belgium. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Serves as the Installation Automotive Crafts Facility Manager with responsibility for operation and implementation of activities in a diversified self-help automotive maintenance facility.

Provides technical knowledge in automotive maintenance and repair. Analyzes major trends and projects potential changes in program emphasis.

Plans and develops shop activities of the Auto Crafts Program. Develops SOPs. Submits budgetary requirements for both NAF and APF for equipment and supplies and labor.

Performs vehicle maintenance on NAF vehicles. Schedules and assigns work of lower graded employees.

Provides one-on-one instruction and guidance to patrons.
