Key responsibilities include:
- Welcome customers in the showroom and on the lot; learn what matters most to them
- Stay current on vehicle features and share clear specs on performance, safety, and benefits
- Lead professional walkarounds and test-drive demonstrations
- Use dealership tools/CRM for timely pre- and post-visit follow-up and client records
- Understand vehicle values/equity, finance products, and Fox programs; support a compliant delivery process
- Help keep the showroom well-stocked and customer-ready
Required qualifications/skills:
- High school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience)
- Comfortable with email, basic computer systems, and CRM updates
- Strong written/verbal communication and persuasive, service-minded approach
A Day on the Floor
You’ll start by getting the showroom ready and checking messages and appointments, then spend most of the day meeting new guests and reconnecting with prior visitors. Between conversations, you’ll review new model updates, practice a feature walkaround, and log notes so follow-ups feel personal and timely. When a customer is close to a decision, you’ll coordinate the next steps—introductions around the dealership, setting expectations, and making sure the handoff and delivery feel organized. You’ll wrap up by planning tomorrow’s outreach and keeping your pipeline moving forward.
